Lavation Soaps offers a more minimal and intentional solution to help declutter beauty routines. Our everyday products, from soaps to candles, are high-quality, effective, and mindful of their impact on the planet.

Our soaps feature luxurious butters like mango and kokum, along with premium oils such as avocado, rice bran, sunflower, coconut and castor. In skincare we use some of those oils plus babassu (similar to coconut) oil, jojoba oil, MCT and vitamin e.

We use natural plant-based colorants to create a harmonious balance between scent and visual appeal. We always ensure that any scrubby or decorative element is completely drain-friendly.

Other integral ingredients and additives are cosmetic approved, used in efficient and skin-safe amounts, vegan and cruelty-free, as well as usually naturally derived.

Our fragrance oils are of exceptional quality and used sparingly, especially in leave-on products. We do try and offer a fragrance-free version of everything we make! For our face products, we refrain from using fragrances, so they are better for sensitive eyes and noses.

We prioritize sourcing from small businesses and woman-owned suppliers who share our values.

Soaps are wrapped in paper, balms are either in reusable tins or sturdy glass jars. Candles are in reusable tins for shipping reasons. Everything else is in paper or glassine bags.

In our space at Robinson Mall, we wrap products that can be opened to ensure they remain closed with a eco-friendly shrink wrap.

For shipping, your products will come tucked in safely with either paper filler, reused shipping materials, and during hot weather may include a reusable ice pack.

We strive to ship as quickly as possible (usually within 3 business days) using USPS Priority.

We prefer to ship early in the week to avoid hot temperatures or potential weather delays.

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Not really. If there’s any issues with an order, please reach out within 1-3 days.

Beyond those 3 days we’re still listening! Some problems are just easier to solve early, but that doesn’t mean they’re unsolvable.
